Anytime I see a dog out while walking, driving the car doing whatever …they make me smile! Dogs love you no matter what, you can talk to them and they will listen. Wagging their tails with slobbery wet noses, they are always happy to see you and have unconditional love.

I went to college after deciding in sixth grade to be an accountant, and never looked back. I received a double degree from Augustana college in accounting and business administration. A strong foundation. I love numbers but I love dogs WAY more!!

I've always wanted to open a doggy daycare, easier said than done, but you have to start somewhere. I was working full-time in accounting and our plant was closing at the end of the year. Having known the plant was closing, I started doing pet sitting in 2018 to get some clients on a part-time basis and if I should ever be able to do this full-time.

With the Covid pandemic I was laid off a little sooner than I thought. The time is now for full-time! I know from experience trying to board my dogs that the cramped spaces in metal cages with only 1/2 hours of playtime if you pay extra isn't how I like to treat my dogs.

So when you come to Cozy-Pawz your dogs are treated just like my own with a great big backyard, room to play and socialize and they don't have to be in crates unless you specify. I want to make my family (dogs included) as happy as possible. So here I start my quest to fulfill my dream and make it a reality. I hope you will join me in fulfilling that dream with Cozy-Pawz.
